how do i fit many different curves to many different quardratic equations

if i have 16 different lines on my graph how do i fit the curve to a quadratic. i want to fit each of the individual lines to a quadratic but i dont want a plot of it, id rather have a table of the coeffients used. how do i do this? thank you
