Currently, I have a 8560 x 304 double matrix of demodulated RF data from ultrasound scans. How can I save it as a .rf file for further analysis? I'm using a toolbox that requires the data in .rf format.

.rf file? As in RealFlash, from RealAudio? https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/realplayer-exists-still-suck/

.rf as in radio frequency data I believe. It's the raw image form of ultrasounds before being processed into B-mode images.
This is the toolbox I'm trying to use.
Thanks in advance!

You might have to reverse the RPread_noTag.m routine, observing what it reads and figuring out how to write it from the information you have available.
