Issues finding the Jacobian of a large system.

Hi all,

I'm trying to take a large system of equations (approx. 45 equations) and find the Jacobian, but I keep getting the following error.

??? Error using ==> sym.cat>checkDimensions at 76

CAT arguments dimensions are not consistent.

I'm not sure what this means considering that it's a simple jacobian command. Could someone help me figure out what the issue is here? This is actually only the first of four errors that show up, but maybe solving this problem will take care of the rest.
