Use discrete or continous solver for PV model in simulink?

PV is connected to grid also power, voltage and current at grid and PV would be scoped at time-step 1 second.
I understand i should use fixed mode, but I do not know whether to use discrete or continous mode? I tried reading the help menu but I still do not understand the application.
Note:
Because many other models use discrete, i tried it also. But I got error that said my model contains continous state. I am really confused right now.

It is my understanding that, you want to know when to use discrete and continuous solvers.
The documentation below might help to know the difference between solvers
Or You may also take simulink based courses like simulink fundamentals which is avaliable for everyone.
