How can I create a new moving frame with respect to the World frame in SimMechanics ?

I would like to create a new frame attached to another frame ( for example attached to frame 1 )

Frame 1 is a reference frame of a solid body

The new frame be coincide with frame 1

And at the same time the new frame be have the same axes directions of the World frame
