The issue is you are using the Delay block instead of the Unit Delay block.

Correct the model and you should now be able to pass this task.

All was my bug :) but it accepted at 9.1 and 9.2. Warned only at 9.3.

You don't add the unit delay until 9.2, but I agree the error would be more appropriate in 9.2 instead of 9.3. I have passed this suggestion on to the Simulink Onramp team.
