Vehicle Pick and Delivery problem using Ant Colony Optimization

How can I use ACO for Multiple Vehicle Pick and Delivery Problem with the situation that vehicle should collect items from the source points and the distribute to other nodes nodes.

I there any way to take consider the source nodes in calculating the probability that attract the agents to move to the source nodes first.
