Matlab table to table in C

Hello,

This may be a wrong question, but I wrote a GUI in MATLAB, and there is a button that puts information into a table.

This table is currently stored as a MATLAB table, but I would like to save it everytime as a c table as well, so that it can:

a) be accessed by people without MATLAB

b) be accessed by more people

Is this possible, and what are some hints as to how I would do it?
