I know matlab have Shift+enter to rename all instances. Is there a possibility to rename only the instances below the chosen word (Shift+arrowdown?)

This is correct, but i'm looking for some kind of shortcut (if exist one)

Ctrl+Shift+S % windows
Notes:
W represents backward search
S represents forward search as mentioned in the link.
