Get the alphaTriangulation from the alphaShape and then call stlwrite (new in 18b)
A = alphaShape(rand(10,2))
[T, P] = alphaTriangulation(A)
stlwrite(triangulation(T,P),'foo.stl')

its show error, input must be a row vector of charecters or string scalar?
its showing tetrahedron triangulation is not support? how to solve sean de wolski
Did you resolve this? The tetrahedra are made up of triangles as its faces. You'll need to extract each triangle as its own entity. It should be just a little bit of indexing. Let me know if you want an example (Not sure if you figured it out since the answer was accepted).
