colorbar and title location in App-Designer plot

Hi:
I plot a figure in App-Designer but met a problem: the title and colobar are outside the figure area (white region).
Yes I can change their location by setting the number in handle, but, my problem is that they looks like seperate part, in a normal Matlab figure they should be in one figure, right?
