Why there is connectors to Reuters Eikon using NET APIs x64?

It is well known that Mathworks remove functions to connect to Eikon using x32 COM API,
but know Reuters provides .NET API for Eikon which supports x64.
Is there any toolbox for R2018b that untilize .NET API for Eikon to retrive data from Eikon?
