random non overlapping polygons packing

when i try to generate 100 polygons becasue of deletion of overlaping polygons i m left with only few of them ,,can any one help me out .this is kind of polygons packing problem .but i restrict it to some maximum numbers say 100polygons .full packing is not required .and efficient way of translating polygons to make them non overlapping
