Percentage of a value in a table rows matlab

Hi

I want to find a certain value in each row in a table. An example:

[3 5 4 6 2 7 5 11 12 2; 1 4 3 6 7 5 3 7 12 10 15; 6 8 7 9 4 12 12 6 7 9]

So if I looking for the percentage of the value 12 I want to get the output:

[10; 10; 20] 

Any way to do that?
