RF Budget Analyser N-port network

If I understand correctly the Budget Analyser is able to simulate only 2-port networks and therefore use just .s2p touchstone files. Is it possible to build an N-port network? Same for the Simulink's S-parameters block model. How can I model something that has more than 8-port? That according to the Help is the maximum number of port that Simulink is able to simulate
