matrix manipulation and permutation (swapping) values

Hi, SW contains different class values

I sorted the values of the first class in ascending order and put in a vector and I sorted the values of the second class in descending order in another vector

if the large values of class 1 are smaller than the small valeus of class 2, I make a permutation of their positions in the initial matrix (sw) attach an example that explains my problem
