Creating a folder in documents in App Installer

Hello,

I was using App Installer and the program gets installed in the program files. However, I would like the app to create a folder in documents to allow users to have easy access to the public data.

I could use mkdir but since I do not know what the user's name is, I can't reference their folders. EX: C:\Users\JohnDoe\Documents

How would I be able to access the user's Documents file and create a new file for the app?

While installing the app, you can select the folder where you want to install the files.
