Hi! I need help with creating a Bland - Altman plot functions to analyze measurements one and two, and for measurements one and three . I also need help with creating Bland Altman plots for each case. Please view the MATLAB code attached. Thank you for your help!

Your code doesn't look like it is doing anything about making a Bland-Altman plot. So what have you tried so far? This type of plot should be too difficult to come up with some rudimentary code.
