best rotation method for word rotating in text-images??

Hi, I need to rotate all of words in a text-image angle<10 degree, and get angles of word before rotation and after rotation. for these, I need first, an algorithm for compute the angle of the word(before and after rotating), second, a good method for rotating. with imrotate func,some words like 't' has little changes and dosen't detectable with any way that I try. I need to help me to find a good way for this aim.
