I am learning Radar and signal processing. How can you implement an equation like the o
ne attached? Preferably without using the inbuilt functions.

You may want to take a look at ambgfun function from Phased Array System Toolbox

If i plot using the 3D plot, i get an error which says out of memory. So i want a method that does not use all the memory.

Are you having a very high sampling rate with a very long sequence? Is it possible for you to reduce the sampling rate?
