How to extract signal features for machine learning

I have a data set of some signal. what I want to do is to extract their features and use them for classification. However,I am completely new in signal processing and I can’t understand which features of the signals should I extract to use for the classification. could you please help me to know which features are useful for my purpose. the data set is attached. The first column is time and the second column is the signal. Thanks for your help.

Hi, the question you are asking is too general. As the dataset contain one column for the data. It will be better if you provide some details regarding the data and for which purpose you are using.
