What does the folder Published (my site) within MATLAB online do?

I am wondering what is the function of the folder "Published (my site)" within MATLAB online on https://matlab.mathworks.com/. Does this folder automatically upload files to my site once files are stored here? What is my site if this is true? I have found information that describes publishing a MATLAB file to .html or word document file with comments, but this doesn't seem to be the case for the published folder.
