In the attached screen shot of Wind turbine type 4 , why power(P) comes to zero when I give small signal disturbance.

In the code power_wind_type_4_det when I supply the external small signal disturbance to the line why the P becomes zero. In the attachment I have attached the output waveform as well as the system that I have modified.
