When I run my simulation, I get this error, Does someone knows , what can be a reason?

try to run Matlab as an administrator.

You need to cd to a directory that you have write access to before you build.
Running as administrator is a workaround to get around a key security protection in MS Windows that prevents user code from modifying installed programs.
