How can I switch the coordinates?

In one of my raster data(tiff file), I find the easting and northing are interchanged (X as Y and Y as X), so obviously, my layers don't overlap. How can I correct the coordinates in that layer? Can I do anything with geotiffinfo?

Is it possible to take transpose of your image?
