What is "omega" ? You have to calculate the integral of two functions E1 and E2 , but they are not functions of the differential omega.

@Ibrahim , So you have samples of E1() and E2() , and not their analytical formula. And I supose that E1 and E2 are complex values. Am I rigth?

If you have samples of E1 and E2 but not their formulas, then you cannot do true integration. At most you can do something like trapz()
