How to make sure that a system is stable over any simulation time in Simulink?

Hi, I have simulated a microgrid system in Simulink over 3 seconds and the system was stable. When I increased the time to 5 sec I noted that the system goes to unstable after 4 sec. Hence, How can I make sure that the system is stable at any time?? Thanks
