3D PointCloud Watershed

Hi, I have a point cloud I'd like to watershed. I have been using the watershed function, however, when I visualize the results there seems to be no change. My code looks something like this: WP = watershed(PtCld) newPtCld = PtCld newPtCld(WP==0)

Sometimes I will dilate my watershed result as well...
