How to add multiple inputs to nnstart tool?

Hey, Can anyone please help me to reach my target? I have a problem with Neural Network (nnstart tool). My problem is that I can't enter multiple inputs in tool. It only take 1 input. Kindly solve my problem. Thanks

I'm also have the same problem. However, I have some thought on having different or multiple layer is the key to have multiple inputs for neural network tool.

I'm looking foward if somebody help on this. Later on, i will update here if i found the solutions. Keep digging guys.
