Can Simulink be used with MagicDraw / Cameo Enterprise Architect without the use of NoMagic's Simulation Toolkit?

Yes. There are several methods available now as of 2022. Feel free to check the online documentation and some videos on Youtube to provide additional details. Both Simulink and MATLAB can be integrated into MagicDraw / Cameo now.
