Making a simple counter by code to be put in simulink

hi i Would like to make a countdown counter with the input i myself put in. For Example: i put the input of 10 then it will countdown by 1 until reaches 0. each interval will 1 sec if my in put is 10 then countdown 9 , 8 , 7..... and each interval from 9 to 8, 8 to 7 and .... is 1 sec. please help me thanks
