How to measure curvature of an object in image?

Hello, I have the following image, how i can measure the curvature of the object?

I have draw the line manually just to make the idea clear, suppose that it does not exists. And i tried the solution here : solution , I had the following results. cam you help me analyzing the curvature plot?
