How to convert MATLAB variables(in the excel sheet) to Simulink Parameters ?

I know convert variables to parameter that add pararmeter in the model explorer. But this solution need a hundred times for adding parameters. I got variables in excel sheet and then importing data to base workspace. maybe over 2000 variables in my excel sheet. Can you any recommend a command for convert to variables to parameters.
