How do I correct the disorientation of the dotted lines into solid lines when I export setup .fig to .eps file

I am modifying a set of graphs for publishing and when I resize the graphs from the figure window manually and export it to .eps file, the dotted lines appear as solid. I have attached both the .fig file and . Why is it happening and how can I prevent it?

I have saved the figures as a .fig matlab file and I open it to do some modifications export it to an eps file.

Can the corrections be made in the figure window itself?
