How to check the output at the softmax layer of CNN

I want to check the output of CNN after training at the softmax layer because i need to check the probabilities of each class. I am using predict function for this is that ok?

I assume that you are using this . I think that should work fine - are you obtaining any unexpected results?

I have the same question, I wish to know how "certain" the network is, which the Classification Output layer does not tell me. I'm using the classify method.
