Training and testing data using Random Forest in Matlab R2015b

Hye, i have a problem where i am not sure how should i test the data using Matlab for face recognition? Its quite hard for me as im new to this field and as well not sure whether i had train my data correctly. Im using treebagger to create my decision trees. Also how should i compute my accuracy rate as im using treebagger and holdout validation to separate my train and validation data? Can you guys help me giving any advice /tips or examples of using Random Forest in Matlab for recognition process? Any help will be very helpful to me. Thank you. Here i provide the code i use to train my data in .txt so that you guys can know whether im in the right path in training the data.
