Unable to query hardware information for the selected CAN channel object. The model contains no CAN configuration block for the device Vector VN1610 1 (Channel 1). Please use the 'CAN Configuration' block from the Vehicle Network Toolbox block library to configure Vector VN1610 1 (Channel 1).
I am pretty sure that I have the CAN configuration blocks for both channels. have you seen this before? I have seen the same problem posted by someone else in 2015 but it does not have any answers. Thank you.

So, after trying some things it worked out.
I had the error:
Unable to query hardware information for the selected CAN channel object. The model contains no CAN configuration block for the device Vector VN1630A 1 (Channel 1). Please use the 'CAN Configuration' block from the Vehicle Network Toolbox block library to configure Vector VN1630A 1 (Channel 1).
I deleted then the CAN Configuration and CAN Transmit and CAN Receive Blocks, added a CAN Transmit with the desired channel and then a window popped up. This window Said:
You have successfully set the parameters for the 'CAN Transmit' block.
This block requires a 'CAN Configuration' block to configure the hardware properties.
Woud you like to add a 'CAN Configuration' block from the Vehicle Network Toolbox block library at this time?
Then I clicked Yes and it finally worked

My device is PEAK CAN. When I opened the previous model without connecting to a peakcan device, I found the "PEAK-System... (PCA_USBBUS1) "is replaced with the default" MathWorks Virtual 1 (Channel 1) ". So I restarted MATLAB and connected my peakcan device and changed it back to "PEAK-System... (PCA_USBBUS1) "solves this problem, and I hope my approach will help anyone who encounters this problem.
