How to get ROI of eye based on skin color by using thersholding. Eyeball is described as a non-skin area.

I am doing a project on fake smile detection. In which fake smile is determined by contractions of Zygomatic major and orbicularis oculli muscles. If anyone having the code for this kind of projects please help me out. I have very less time to complete this. I have attached the file below. Please help me.
