VAD algorithm

hi,

could anyone tell me what should be the initial value of the following parameters used in energy based VAD algorithm to detect filled pauses and silent regions:

1. window size 2. number of frames used for long term minimum energy calculation 3. number of frames used for initialization of running averages

to 1. window size is depended speech frame's length;2. for long term minimum energy calculation and initialization of running averages,the number of frames is desided by experience or by statistic characteristics.
