Basically need two vectors to represent a signal :
- one vector : for horizontal axis (time) .
- second vector : for amplitude of signal .
This is for solve a simple problem ,but if the problem must be using a matrix, or complex vector,... How can I resolve this problem using matlab ? Can you simplify the idea?

If the times are not at regular intervals you can use a timeseries object to represent it.
If the times are at regular intervals, then you can still use a timeseries object, but you also have other options such as just keeping a record of the starting time and interval between .
