Adapting a paraboloid code

I found the following code to plot a paraboloid but now I need to adapt it to change the base radius and height, thanks

[r,the]=meshgrid([0:0.1:5],[0:pi/10:2*pi]);
x1=r.*cos(the);
y1=r.*sin(the);
z1=x1.^2+y1.^2;
surf(x1,y1,z1)

The radii are the [0:0.1:5] values in the meshgrid()
