how can I Superimpose segmented outputs with the original images and then smooth them using Gaussian filter for better accuracy

Hello there, I have segmented a image using FCM now i want to superimpose that segmented image with grey scale of same image. afterwords i wish to Smooth that superimposed image via Gaussian filter. how can i achieve it please help me
