Need help with the Specificity and sensitivity data

I have image segmentation results with me. I could also compare the result of algorithm with manual segmentation. Through this I could calculate TP, TN, FP and FN for 30 images.

1. Is it possible to plot ROC using this data? 2. How to present this data in a meaningful manner?

1. You can only plot an ROC in cases where you can adjust some parameter that changes the sens/spec. If you algorithm has such a parameter, you can run your algorithm with a range of settings. The resulting pairs of sens/spec form your ROC curve.
2. What presentation is meaningful depends on your subject.
