import only selected row in file data

Hi! I have a file .dat like this:

101    
   190.946  74.1
101    
   120.903  76.6
101    
   120.041  76.525
101    
   119.846  76.5
101    
   120.206  76.5
101    
   119.729  76.525
101    
   119.656  76.525

I would like to import in matlab only the first column without repetitions and NaN.
