What is the tail time of the IGBT/DIODE block in Simulink?

I am doing a simulation using IGBT/DIODE block and the tail time is very important to me but I cant find this information. Can anyone help me?

The IGBT tail current can be simulated with the N-Channel IGBT in Simscape Electrical. The tail current can be controlled by adjusting the 'Total forward transit time' parameter.
