geoshow with stacked column chart

Hello, I have latitude-longitude values of locations and have three values for each location, which I want to show in the same plot as a stacked column as shown below. I also want to modulate color of each stack based on the values, for example, if the value is negative, then it will be shown blue, and if its moderately positive then yellow, higher value red and so on. Is there anyway so that I can create such a plot. I could find the nearest analog from the web, which I have attached here. Thanks a bunch.
