How to detect unchanged signal over a length of time in Simulink?

I have been working on a simple project where I need to detect if a signal is remaining unchanged over a prescribed period of time (eg., 5 seconds). I can use the 'detect change' block, but it only compares the signal change value with the previous time instant. Is there any way to do this efficiently without writing a custom matlab function?
