Need some suggestion for object detection

I have an image that contains several objects like water bottle, coca cola, pepsi etc. How can I segment out each object automatically? Please give me some suggestions.

You will probably need to use deep learning techniques for that, trained on millions of images that have been tagged according to their contents.
