... with free support for installation problems.
i will try contact them.
thx
but i suspect my fault is in installing matlab from F:\.. folder.
or should I install it from C:\..?
or maybe my windows?
lately i can't run my LAN nor wifi because of corrupted windows.
maybe i fault when i 'specify the installation folder'
is it ok my folder appear like this?
:F\software_program\..2011a
instead of
C:\...
or
D\..?

My recommendation would be to try to fix windows first.

If you start with colon as you show, then I do not believe that is valid path.
If you had
F:\software_program\..2011a
then the periods in "..2011a" are likely to cause a problem.
F:\software_program\Matlab2011a
should be fine though.
that is my suspect. i would try.
thx.
the MathSupport already contacted.
thx

Anyway I have the answer now, maybe because the license only available around my campus. and the laptop has to connect with the campus server for the first installation. Perhaps you ones may know this before the do installation,: the allowed area.
thx
(so I share this matter to other costumers)
