90 degree phase shift

I am trying to phase shift 90 degree for a sine wave but i am not able to phase shift it . in Constant i had given values in radians but only 180 degree phase shift will happen but not 90 degree

Do you have to use Complex Phase Shift or any other way is also acceptable?
